Prices
All prices on the Site INCLUDE VAT and EXCLUDE carriage.
Prices may be changed without notice.
Payment
Full payment must be received with your order.
You may pay by paypal, credit card, debit card, or postal order.
Payments must be made in Sterling (GBP).

VAT
All customers will be charged VAT (at the prevailing rate, currently 15%).
 
Delivery
We will use our best efforts to meet any quoted delivery date, however we will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from our failure to meet such dates.
Carriage Costs
Carriage costs are usually calculated and displayed during the check out process, once you have specified your delivery address. If we are unable to calculate carriage costs for your order immediately, we will advise you of the carriage costs before processing your order.

Order Acceptance
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed at the place from which the acceptance e-mail is sent. If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order.

Returns
Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.
Shortages or breakages must be reported within 48 hours.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, except where the goods are faulty or you received the wrong goods. When returning goods, make sure you obtain Proof of Posting or other documentary evidence of despatch.
We recommend the use of Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery for returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
